The Certified Human Resource Analyst (CHRA) programme is designed to equip HR professionals with the capabilities to move beyond traditional HR reporting and develop a more data-driven, analytical and strategic approach to HR decision-making. The CHRA programme helps HR professionals strengthen their ability to understand the story behind HR data and use that information more effectively when communicating with management and making HR decisions.
