Overview
The Certified Industrial Relations Professional (CIRP) programme is a comprehensive certification designed to develop confident and capable Industrial Relations practitioners. Across four specialised modules, participants will gain the legal knowledge, strategic insight and practical skills needed to manage workplace misconduct, employment disputes, domestic inquiries, conciliation, Industrial Court proceedings, trade unions and collective bargaining.
