The Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP) programme by Malaysia HR Forum is designed to develop well-rounded recruitment professionals who can manage the recruitment process from talent attraction and sourcing through interviewing, assessment and hiring decisions. Participants gain practical exposure to recruitment strategy, sourcing, candidate assessment, structured interviewing, employer branding, recruitment analytics and market intelligence, as well as the use of AI and automation in modern recruitment.
Participants may register for individual modules based on their learning objectives or complete all three to earn the full CRP certification.
